Susan Burch

A life-long resident of Greer, Susan knows many local business people, several generations of families in the Upstate and properties all over the Upstate. Graduating Furman University, she taught English in Upstate schools for 32 years. She is married to Walter M. Burch, co-owner and co-publisher of The Greer Citizen. They raised two children who now reside in Charleston with their spouses and a granddaughter. Susan has sold real estate since 1973 and she joined Prudential C. Dan Joyner as a full time agent in 2003.

Since 2003, she has been the top listing agent for all four years and top agent in her office for the last two years. A Fine-Homes Specialist, and Relocation Specialist, she was selected into Prudential’s Leading Edge Society and President’s Circle. The daughter of a realtor and builder, Burch has sold homes her father built 30 years ago. She says, “I grew up knowing what a well-built home was. I’ve had people say real estate is in my blood.”

She has extraordinary suggestions for selling a home; in fact, she has devised her own “5 Secrets to Selling” which has helped her achieve a 63 “days on the market” average since starting at Prudential – an impressive statistic.
