Over the past five years, Joel has primarily focused on resale properties in The Cliffs Communities, located on carefully developed sections of pristine upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina property. His initial consulting role with The Cliffs Communities included gathering market research data in the resale market within each community and then evaluating the best approach going forward to sell more resale property in each community. Joel spent the last four years listing resale property inside The Cliffs Communities, managing and personally working with over 300 listing clients and partnering with The Cliffs sales force to sell resale home-sites and homes. During this time he negotiated and handled over 200 sales contracts totaling over $100 million. Joel’s knowledge and skill in serving the client in this area is my strong point.
